I am an American science journalist and have an interest in health and nutrition. My last book was called Vitamania: How Vitamins Revolutionized the Way We Think About Food. But my most recent book and the reason I’m here today is called How to Break Up with Your Phone: The 30-Day Plan to Take Back Your Life, and it is about how to create a healthier relationship with your devices so that you can keep the part that you love, but minimize or get rid of the parts that make you feel like you’re wasting your life.
