01:31 Well, I've been very, very keen to get you on the show because I think you've got a whole heap to contribute. And before we get into the questions, for our listeners that might not be familiar with you, I just wondered if you could just tell us a little bit about who you are, what you do and perhaps why you do it as well.

Mets

01:47 Well, I've been in the fitness game for over 22 years. Actually owning gyms. This is my third gym with my brother, [inaudible 00:01:56] is my brother, and it's been quite a journey and definitely learned a lot. I've also got a challenge that we do Titan Fit 40, so obviously have that, and obviously Titan Muscle and Mind. So, been in the fitness industry for more than half my life, absolutely love it. I grew up as a kid watching my brother as a 10 year old, so I'm turning 42 this year and it's just pretty much been in my blood from a young age. It's huge.

This week we welcome Justin Strahan to the show. Justin Strahan is head of R&D at Joovv, he developed the technology. He is also the husband of another co-founder, Melissa Strahan, the heart of Joovv. Not just any man can take his wife’s dream and make it a reality. Prior to inventing and developing the Joovv Light, he spent his career as an engineer managing design and development teams.

This week I'm excited to welcome Justin Strahan. Justin is the cofounder of a company called Joovv that specializes in making light therapy devices that can be used to enhance many different areas of our health. In this episode we talk about what light does to our body and how the wrong type of light can negatively affect our health. 01:38 Excellent. Yes. My wife and I, and her sister and husband are all cofounders of Joovv. We started the light therapy company about three years ago now, and it's been an incredible journey. I have been the engineering side of the equation, if you will, responsible for designing and basically kind of the science behind our devices and some of the ways that they've been able to impact people.
